Operational since 1950, we currently have over 200 clients across industries with different logistics requirements. Our vision is to redefine 3PL with our innovative and connected solutions.
Our solutions team has gathered a vast amount of information about vendors, innovation solutions, and technology, but it is often not shared with other teams. It’s stuck in inboxes and stacks of business cards. We needed a way to share that information with other teams.
Initially, a small group in the solutions team started using ProProfs Knowledge Base and quickly created a few dozen articles. Then, other team members began asking for access, and soon, by popular demand, we opened the site to the entire team.

Sorting stacks of business cards, handouts, and whitepapers after attending trade shows used to be a tedious task. Now, we are always excited about upcoming shows as we can enter information into the knowledge base on the fly, or when we return home. It's a great place to store information permanently. Even if we separately visit the same booth, we can add our learnings to a shared article. It keeps the knowledge base updated at all times.
