Our development team was doing a great job of building our core product - Property Management software. But we wanted to create an online knowledge base for our user community. We needed something that helped our non-development staff to continuously edit the content so that our developers don't get distracted from their core product development duties.

ProProfs Knowledge Base provided us the right solution. It helped us create a central knowledge repository across all areas of our application. We have a context-sensitive help widget that pops upon request from any page in our application, making it easy for users to access knowledge instantly. ProProfs helped us create a full help site and add tooltips that our users could access from within the application. We can also filter the help pages by user type.
